• “Up to” commission depends on the project scope, partner involvement, and final agreement, and is determined by the proprietorship, Ardhan Bobby.
• All commissions are subject to the proprietorship structure:
  • Ardhan Bobby Shop is a product division of the sole proprietorship, Ardhan Bobby.
  • Partners have no ownership or management rights in the proprietorship.
• Commissions are non-refundable once earned on confirmed and completed services.
• If a client referred by a partner cancels, disputes, or requests a refund, the corresponding commission will be adjusted, withheld, or cancelled.
• Commission payments are processed only after successful completion of services and receipt of full payment.
• The commission structure may be updated from time to time, and partners agree to the latest applicable terms.
