Free Shipping:

- Types of Partners:
- Client-Bringing Partner: Refers clients and earns commission on successful service purchases.
- Event-Owner Partner: Can refer clients and collaborate on event execution while earning commission.
- Relationship & Proprietorship:
- Ardhan Bobby Shop is a product division of the sole proprietorship, Ardhan Bobby.
- Partners act as collaborators/agents only. They do not have ownership, management rights, or decision-making powers in the proprietorship.
- Commission Structure: Partners may earn commissions based on the type of service provided, as detailed below:
- a. Digital Creative Suite — Earn Up to 50%
Includes Custom Image, Video, and PDF Invitations, along with Automated Reminder Systems. - b. Event Strategy & Branding — Earn Up to 30%
Includes RSVP Management, Remote Planning, and Personal Event Branding. - c. Physical Goods & On-Site Execution — Earn Up to 15%
Includes Printed Cards (primarily within India) and On-Site Event Supervision/Coordination.- Commission is calculated on confirmed payments received from clients.
- “Up to” commission depends on project scope, partner involvement, and final agreement.
- The final commission percentage is determined by the proprietorship, Ardhan Bobby.
- Commission is paid after completion of services.
- Any cancellations or refunds may affect or void commission eligibility.
- The commission structure may be updated from time to time, and partners agree to the latest applicable terms.

- Provide accurate client information.
- Promote services ethically; no misrepresentation.
- Termination:
- The proprietor reserves the right to terminate any partnership at any time for breach of terms.
Employee Registration and Terms
- Employment:
- Employees work under the proprietorship, Ardhan Bobby, through its product division, Ardhan Bobby Shop.
- Duties:
- Employees perform roles related to event management, printing services, client support, or other assigned tasks.
- Relationship & Proprietorship:
- Employees have no ownership rights or claims in the proprietorship.
- All employee actions regarding refunds, client communication, or service handling must adhere to the policies of the proprietorship, Ardhan Bobby.
- Termination:
- Employment is subject to the proprietor’s rules and applicable labor laws; the proprietor reserves the right to terminate employment for violations of terms or policies.
Promotional offers, discounts, and coupon codes are subject to our Coupon Code Policy.
